Message from Pat Rhodes

When I bought East West Avionics in 2016, I saw an opportunity to create something the state of Hawai`i had never seen before - a full service Part 145 Repair Station with a strong focus on avionics. It’s been a long journey and I’ve learned a lot of tough lessons over the years. Thru the ups and downs, I’ve managed to model my business around the two things that have had the greatest impact on my journey.

The first thing is to do a job right. No matter what the circumstances, we will always see a job thru to completion and never sacrifice the quality of workmanship in anything we do. It’s a mantra we live by around here.

The second thing is the importance of unparalleled customer service. Ask anyone if turning away customers is good for business and you’ll probably hear a resounding “No way!”. However, sometimes there’s just a better or more affordable option out there. As much as we want our clients to work with us, it’s more important that their needs get taken care of in the best way possible. Fostering honest relationships with our clients has been the most rewarding aspect of seeing this small, family-type business grow.
